The 2022 Mid-Shore Exteriors New Roof Giveaway
The Eastern Shore community has been the most wonderful friends, neighbors, and clients that a business could ever want. That’s why it means so much to us to be able to give back in a meaningful way to a local family in need. Over the last two years, our roof giveaways were a huge success, and we felt inspired to give back AGAIN to the community that has sustained us for nearly 20 years in business!
We feel extremely glad to be able to announce officially that we’re partnering with GAF, Universal Supply Company, and Shore Waste to give one roof to a family in our community! In the beginning of 2022, our team will install a brand new roof for the local family that needs it most – 100% FREE!
To help us find that family, we’re turning to you! We encourage you to enter the giveaway and to tell us a bit about yourself – or nominate someone you know that could use help with a new roof! The nomination period ends February 28th – and the winner will be announced shortly after that.

Even if you don’t personally need a new roof, that doesn’t mean you can’t be part of the giveaway. We’re relying on our community to get the word out to as many people as possible. During both previous giveaways, we had a tremendous response from our community – we received over 50 worthy nominees each year!
In 2021, we chose Mabel Payne of Federalsburg. While there so many wonderful stories from local families, we were moved by hearing what she meant to her community. Mabel spent years operating a popular day care center out of her home and was affectionately known as “MomMom” because she treated everyone as her own children. After hearing about how her roof was leaking badly and kept needing temporary repairs, the community rallied around her and nominated her!
In 2020, we picked David and Cecilia Washington of Talbot County. The Mid-Shore team installed a brand new GAF shingle roof, which came with an industry-leading 50-year manufacturer’s warranty. The Washingtons were our choice because of their great need and the support they received from their church community.
