Brian Faulkner – CEO
Co-Founder and CEO of Mid-Shore Exteriors which Brian and his wife Sarah started nearly 20 years ago. Brian had a vision of bringing the newest technology and the best customer service to the Eastern Shore. He still enjoys being head of sales and meeting customers.
When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Sarah and two daughters Taylor & Briana. He also enjoys skiing, traveling, and is a lifelong Denver Broncos and NASCAR fan.
Sarah Faulkner – CEO
Co-Founder and CEO of Mid-Shore Exteriors which Sarah and her husband Brian started nearly 20 years ago. One of the first women entrepreneurs in the roofing industry. Today, Sarah spends most of her days planning for the future of the company and making sure the needs of both the customers and employees are met. She is always looking for ways to make the customers’ experience a positive one.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, Taylor and Briana. She enjoys vacations, the beach, being outdoors, and staying fit.
Julie Howden – Office Manager
Julie oversees all aspects of the office, making sure the day-to-day operations run smoothly. She enjoys talking to customers and helping them make their selections.
She is an Eastern Shore native and currently resides in Hurlock, MD. When Julie isn’t working, she spends time with her husband Rob and their two sons, Jeremiah & Ben. She enjoys fishing, spending time with her family, and going to the beach.
Julio Padilla – Project Manager
Julio is Mid-Shore Exteriors’ longest running employee and has been with us since the company was established. Currently, Julio oversees three of our crews. He installs and specializes in metal roofing such as standing seam, classic rib, Cedar shakes, slate roofing, and other intricate roofing projects.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Laura, and two daughters: Fergie and Melannie. He also enjoys fishing and home improvement projects.
Jacob Tzib – Field Supervisor
I was born and raised in Belize, then moved Pennsylvania in 2011 then onto Maryland in Early 2021, I have been doing all types of roofing for over 7 years now.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, Riding my bike, fishing, and playing soccer.
Briana Faulkner – Office Assistant
Briana is the youngest daughter of owners Brian and Sarah. She has joined the team as an office assistant after recently graduating. She does data entry and accounting and is eager to learn more about the roofing industry.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys traveling and going to the beach.
Taylor Faulkner – Office Assistant
Taylor is the oldest daughter of owners Brian and Sarah. She is excited to learn more about the family business and day-to-day operations. She does behind the scenes work such as data entry, accounting, and ordering and maintaining customer literature.
In her spare time, Taylor enjoys time with her friends, going to the beach, and working out.
Brandt Hoskin – Project Assistant
My name is Brandt Hoskin. I’m new to the roofing industry, but learning more and more each day. I strive to make sure every customer has the best roofing experience from the Mid-Shore team! In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with family, working out, wakeboarding, being on the boat, and keeping up to date on all Pittsburg sports teams!
